Nice little hotel. Good beds, an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV in the room. Paid £ 53. What a particularly good location in the middle of the city! And not far from the night club, restaurants and takeaways and takeaways. Very enjoyable overall experience...

I keep coming back to this hotel because the staff treated my elderly parents with kindness when we arrived. It has all I need - a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and more. I'm returning for another business trip.

Adequate facilities, reasonable price, beautiful building, friendly staff, great location near pubs and nightclubs and on bus route to ICC and train station. Clean bedding, spacious room with three beds. Not too noisy despite being on main road. Nearby café and mini Spar for convenience. Early check-out option.

I had a great time driving around the university and the stadium in just 10 minutes, feeling like a true speed racer. And wow, parking on site! Can't pass up that luxury. Also, Belle Vue Park, only 3.9 km away? I could practically touch it!
The joy of finding hair on the beds was unmatched. Such a pleasant surprise.

The rooms were clean and the bedding was new and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly, always ready to help. I appreciated the central location of the hotel, which made it easy to explore the area. It was also convenient to have a café nearby for a budget-friendly breakfast and a mini supermarket just a short walk away. The hotel had good transport links, with a bus stop right outside for easy access to the city center and train station.
The shared bathroom and kitchen facilities were a downside, but considering the affordable price, it was reasonable. The carpet in the room was a bit worn and could use replacing.

Nice, clean rooms with comfortable bedding and plenty of space. Three separate beds are perfect for a group of friends or family. The hotel is located on a main road but the noise level is not too bothersome. There is a friendly café nearby that offers a great deal on breakfast from 7am. Also, a mini Spar is just a short 2-minute walk away. The hotel is conveniently located on the 9 bus route, making it easy to reach the ICC and the train station.
Felt warmly welcomed throughout our stay, there really was no reason to complain.
